As a Customer Service Representative you are an essential member of the VIPdesk Team, working from the comfort of your own home. You will be assisting customers via inbound calls and have the opportunity to make a difference! Requirements |
Responsibilities:
**Promptly respond to customer inquiries related to their debit card including account balance, PIN reset and transaction information.
**Communicate with customers in a polite, timely, and concise manner.
**Apply client policies and procedures, as applicable on each call.
**Additional duties as assigned.
If you:
**enjoy helping people,
**are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment,
**have at least one year of customer service experience,
**are computer savvy and have a complete home-office,
**currently live in the state of Kentucky,
**are available to work at least 25 hours per week, including weekdays, some weekends, and some holidays,
**are willing to submit to a credit/background check, fingerprinting, and drug testing as a condition of employment
